“I was really pleased with the quality of the products I received - Laurige pen case and Parker pen. I also appreciated the personal touch when I was contacted to say that colour of one of the products I had ordered was out of stock and was offered an alternative. The overall service I received was excellent!”

Dear Mr Patel, I'm sorry to hear that your recent order has not arrived. The delivery method chosen was standard 2nd class, therefore your parcel will not have a tracking number and we will not be notified of any parcels going undelivered unless the customer makes us aware.
