“I had been looking for a particular ball point refill for some time and the only one I found before was nearly £20! I then found it at Pen & Paper for under £4! Ordered and received within a couple of days. Excellent!”

“Excellent service, a very competitive price, and super-fast delivery. I enquired by email about when the pen was posted, and I received a reply within half an hour. The Visconti Van Gogh 'Pair of Shoes' fountain pen I order was an exquisite example, and everything arrived in perfect condition and full working order. I will definitely order from Pen & Paper again, and would recommend them unreservedly to others.”

“Very quick delivery answered my queries via email the next day. Pen cheaper than elsewhere even internet only sites.Well protected in the post in a nice presentation box so not just a pen in bubble wrap.I will use them again as my first choice.”

“My Cross Golden Magnolia fountain pen is lovely. May be too fussy for some, but is very pretty. Decoration is high standard. Delivery was prompt. Overall very happy with the value for money and the online service from Pen and Paper.”
