“The young lady, Amber, I worked with to complete my order was thoughtful, attentive, and communicative. Despite my changing my mind about what I wanted my order to consist of, she gave me options to choose from, and in the end I came away with just what I wanted. “Lots of choice on their website and some lovely pens to swoon over. Good quick service and my order came well packed with a nice personally signed thanks on the skip. It's things like that that makes Pen and Paper a cut above the rest. It's a shame I have a budget.....”

“Pen & Paper had some stock of a limited edition ink which was hard to find anywhere else, so I grabbed the opportunity to order some (along with a few other items!). It was easy to order and my order was delivered swiftly and well packaged. I would definitely order again (in fact, I actually popped into the store last week!).”
