“Spoke with Katelyn Rowan today. Found her quite helpful in advising me over an empathy issue towards an employee who injured herself while visiting a patient with severe learning disability 7 weeks ago and is off sick with a fractured vertebra.”

“I cannot rate the assistance that I have received from Lisa Rhodes highly enough. Thoughout a complicated disciplinary process she has always been on hand with excellent advice and guidance, has been proactive in getting back to me if I've called and she has been unavailable due to meetings etc. and, most importantly has done all of this with an approachable manner which made a tricky situation much easier.”
