“Prompt response to service request. However, I received several calls to go through various items - it would have been preferable to arrange appointments to do this rather than ad hoc calls - I now have no idea who I've spoken to.”

“I have been working with Dianne Kanyinda on quite a complex, lenghty case. Dianne has been fantastic throughout the whole process. “I have an incredibly tough and sensitive case and had received some unsatisfactory help but then the angel that is Danielle (ELC) arrived to provide me with the clearest, most supportive advice possible. Cleared everything up for me in 15 minutes and set me on my way. I'll be having her assigned to all my cases going forward. What a diamond!”

“Great service from Peninsula and Lorna in particular. An end-to-end review and update of our HR documents was a lot less painful that i was anticipating (!), thanks to Lorna's expert guidance and support, and super efficient turnaround of queries and updates. Highly recommended. INF090.”
