“Professional, clear advice, listened well, gave different options and reasons why....outstanding. “I was supported by Lorraine Smart regarding an employee demonstrating challenging behaviour to line management during their probationary period. This person had been supported for 7 weeks, having different health issues on a daily basis. Lorraine offered expert advice, and supported the directors during a challenging time. It resulted in the employee resigning, however every thought and process went into ensuring the result was fair and acceptable. Thank you, Lorraine”

“I was supported by Michael Parris and then by Rhona MacFarlane with an ongoing employee case that I need oversight with. Rhona took the lead following Michael's departure last month. From start to finish Rhona was professional, kind and easy to relate with. HR and employment law are at times minefields with everchanging legislation and practice, Rhona provided me with assurance and peace of mind in order to move this particular case forward.
