“I recently had a tricky situation come up with an employee, and needed expert involvement, and Sean Behan was brilliant at helping me with this. His advice, guidance and response times were very much appreciated, and every conversation with him was extremely professional but friendly & informal. I am glad to say the situation has now been handled and is closed, and this is largely due to Sean's help.”

“Susan Smithson was very knowledgeable following our visit today for H&S; the report was sent back in less than 24 hours so that we could progress with the action points. Everything which Susan said she would action has also been completed. Very pleased with the information provided and even upgraded our system.”

“Darren Mulholland recently supported me, a line manager with a high-risk HR issue. It was great to have his support and advice. Darren helped me draft emails and how I should and should not respond to emails. We discussed settlements with the employee early on, but it has yet to lead to this. In hindsight, it would have been better to focus on resolving that settling instantly. The business has been pleased with the support, and I found Darren a great support. Thank you.”

“We are a recent new customer and i have just had the initial call with the Client Experience Account Manager, Isobel Ford and Eleanor Brennan, a HR Advisor from the advice team. “Absolutely blown away with this level of service. Peninsula have been straight on it - they act quick, everything is to a high standard and I can’t believe I’ve let myself struggle for 3 years without this support; all of the legal side of employment law, HR and safety. I feel relieved that this is all in place now and I have advice at the end of the phone 24/7.”
