“I called the help line as i couldnt find a document i was looking for and Einaas Farooky who picked up the phone was very helpful and told me not to worry and she will email me the document directly. :)”

“Karen Wilson was extremely helpful and gave some very valuable advice when dealing with a case for my company, which was not clear cut, and so had to be worked through over a couple of weeks. Her HR expertise helped me, and all those involved, come to a fair and reasonable outcome for both the employee and the company.”
