“The help and advice I have received from Thomas Edgar during our annual visit has given me the knowledge to improve our health and safety services. He answered all of my questions and gave me a clear plan moving forward. I would like to add the Peninsula helpline is always prompt in giving advice and solutions.”

“Tom Gregory is my 'go to' HR advisor, he is absolutely brilliant. I have had the pleasure of dealing with him from the start of COVID all the way to now. During the pandemic with all the questions and queries surrounding mandatory vaccinations etc. he was not only knowledgeable with the changing regulations but also a valuable support; he would check in regularly for updates and helped us so much. His advice and processes were clear and easy to follow. He is a real credit to the company.”

“Having had to deal with a complex issue recently, I have received a streamline and supportive service from Peninsula from the outset. Sion dealt with my case, offering immediate reassurance. I then received additional supporting via your Face2Face welfare team, and Anna-Lisa again took me through the process in great detail. These insurances we have in place are often used very little, but when it was needed on this occasion, we received timely and exemplary service. Thank you to everyone involved!”

“Had first session with Mark Jessop today 30/01/23. We are a pub restaurant and have only been up and running for less than a year so we were keen to get our compliance in place. Mark has done a great job getting us started on the right path with excellent advice and writing our contracts. He has made the minefield of HR seem like a walk in the country. “The help and advice I have received from Nicola Strawbridge has been absolutely fantastic. My case was quite sensitive and Nicola guided me through the whole process, making me feel that she was quite literally in the meeting with me. It made such a difference that she had a background in the hospitality industry as our challenges can be unique, but Nicola understood exactly the problems that I was having with a particular staff member and helped me to resolve them. Thanks Nicola, you made this stressful situation a whole lot easier for me!”
