“Einaas Farooky - was extremely helpful when I called to get advise on completing Risk Assessment Tasks. With Einaas's support, I am now able to revisit and complete this task safe in the knowlede that should I have any other queries I can contact the support team. I have now saved her name as a go to contact for H&S Bright Hr queries. Thanks again.”

“I had my onboarding call with Tyez Bennett on 13th March 23 and I found the level of customer service by Tyez was outstanding. He was super helpful and a delight to talk with. I look forward to working with Peninsula with our HR requirements.”

“Certainly enjoyed our first meeting today with Isobel Ford Client experience account Manager, giving clear and very professional instructions, guidance through the information presented for us and a friendly attitude towards ourselves as a first time customer. “I contacted peninsula about a case in my surgery that ended up with gross misconduct hearing. Lisa Rhodes was most helpful and as I told her almost became my counsellor through this trying time. She talked me through the entire case sent emails and even when it ended was still able to give follow up information that I have found useful. I would highly recommend the service as it feels like having an expert walk with you through a road you may have never travelled before.”

“I had a really pleasant experience working with Employment Law Consultant Razan Abu-Hashish from Peninsula. Razan really went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue, including several phone conversations to understand my employee annual leave problem, as well as taking the time out of her day to have a TEAMS meeting with me to review all the information that could not be explained over the phone and thoroughly advise me on how to resolve my issue, explaining what I needed to do, and why I needed to do it. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again, should I encounter another employment law issue.”

“Our disciplinary issue was managed by Darren Mulholland. The process was fantastic, Darren was extremely informative, helpful, possessing a friendly and approachable manner. I would not think twice to touch base directly for further assistance should the need arise and am happy to have found a good representative within Peninsula. Happy with the outcome.”

“Lisa Rhodes was a great help with her advice. Very thorough in her questions and very clear on the advice given. After confirming we were happy to conduct our own meeting with the employee, Lisa sent through notes at the end of the call (whilst we were still on the phone) to ensure we had all the information we needed, whilst also providing a direct telephone number, should we need any further assistance.
