“My first point of contact was with Julian. There is a lot of information to take in on setting up this account, but I have to say Julian was so friendly and reassuring that I felt more confident about it all at the end of the call. He is very professional while still being down to earth and easy to talk to. I enjoyed our phonecall!”

“Helpful and prompt responses, from friendly and (mostly) knowledgeable staff. Preferred when working with one dedicated agent - recently with Amanda Dawes who has been fantastic. Always surprised Peninsula staff are not trained on BrightHR and v.v. It would be very useful if they were.”

“Have dealt with Peninsula for several years and their attention to detail, HR knowledge and customer service is exceptional. I have used other organisations that are not a patch on the service Peninsula give. Have just moved back to them with a new company that I have started had a great introduction with Samera Khan and a warm welcome from Craig McDonald whose team I am very happy to be assigned to having had great experience with that Team and Craig before”

“Spoke with Rhona MacFarlane, Care Employment Law Business Partner about an HR issue. Service received was efficient and thorough. Very knowledgeable lady and good understanding of all the issues involved. Also sought our opinion which is not always the case in these situation. Professional at all times.
