“Today I spoke to Einaas, Senior Health and Safety Advisor. I had a few queries regarding editing tasks and navigating BSO. Einaas was able to walk me though step by step what I needed to do demonstrating patience and a professional telephone manner. Couldn't ask for more.”

“I was recommended to use Peninsula by a close friend and so far the service we have had has been brilliant from the initial meeting with Emma to having a dedicated point of contact in Miquel. They have taken a huge weight off our shoulders as a small business and the benefits to our staff that they provide is really attractive. Miquel patiently went through everything with me and has made the whole process really simple. The apps that are available are also brilliant, making everything streamlined and headache free!”

“The HR advice I received from Lorraine Smart was very helpful. She provided me with advice on the whole process from the concerns with a staff member coming to light right through to the disciplinary. That advice also included guidance on the investigation, questions to ask and the provision of partially completed template letters.”

“Our first point of contact, Ian, was very patient and helpful, he explained everything about the service and what Peninsula offer. Isobel was also great, straightforward and to the point, and she made the onboarding process painless. They both did their best to make sure we could speak to someone about our urgent employment needs. All of the staff at Peninsula so far have been friendly and helpful, and I'm looking forward to working with them more.”
