“the client services agent addressed the problem with the online database and offered a solution whereby Peninsula are going to download the documents due to an issue this end. She was most helpful and very pleasant to talk to.”

“We have just joined BrightHR and the services are excellent. Catherine Langford was very professional in her approach, she managed to arrange all our HR documents, even though we were so busy and cancelled some sessions, she was very patient and knowledgeable, we will surely recommend BrightHR to anyone.”

“Catherine Langford has provided excellent support drafting new contracts, handbooks and supporting documents. We are a large corporate client, with multiple sites and complex policies. She has done a fantastic job in tailoring the documents to our needs and making lots of great suggestions of where we could improve.
