“I was recommended the 40mm rather than 20mm for my lab cross and I'm so glad they did. He does pull as he's only just been rescued and is reactive and it's so much more comfortable for him and feels really secure. Also a 'perfect fit' as you'd expect.”

“Parcel received Order as requested and beautiful (lilac leaf and harness) My only annoyance is that you have to wait now to be called back to place an order .”

It is great to hear that you are happy with your new lilac harness, Kerrie 😊 We are sorry to hear that you found it annoying to wait for a call back to place your order. Just to reassure you, we do try to answer all calls immediately as they come through. It is only in exceptionally busy periods, that we have colleagues who will take a message for us while we are talking to other customers. We always try to return these calls within 24 hours (and it is often sooner). We do also offer an email service, which is usually quicker, where we can send you a link and you can place your order online, which you may also find useful.

“These are wonderful harnesses - we’ve used them over the years on both our dogs. Very helpful and friendly company and it was so nice to be able to exchange one part of the harness for another before having to send the original back - that way you get to try a few pieces to decide which combination to keep. These harnesses are soft and durable - no rubbing or moving about - just as they are called - a perfect fit!”

“I phoned to place an order and the service was first class. The harness arrived in a couple of days. I need to send some photos, but I think the fit is great. My boy Mr Gillespie appears to like his new harness and it looks comfortable on him. I like the padding on the webbing so so it doesn’t rub his fur. I am delighted with this purchase, I have already recommended this harness to others and will be happy to continue to do so. Many Thanks Andy J and Mr Gillespie”

Thank you for your feedback, Toni. If the harness is unworn, we will certainly exchange it for you for one with a bit more room. Just drop us an email to: info@perfect-fit-dog-harness.com with a picture of your pup in the harness so that we can get a better idea of which pieces could do with changing up. We will then send you out some alternative pieces to try, free of charge. We just ask that you send us back any unwanted pieces once you are happy with the fit.

“After ordering the wrong size girth piece a quick phone call and the correct one was sent straight away. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble. Will always stay with PerfectFit harnesses.”

“Having a small, medium and xtra large dog these harness have been amazing, my little one hates the old one that used to go over her head so the perfect fit is just perfect Took a while to get it right on my big fluffy girl, but was so easy to adjust and they all look really comfortable in them So love them thank you ☺️”

“Needed a good harness for my Golden Retriever puppy. After contacting with Lucy, she suggested a size to order, which I did and it fits perfectly. I would highly recommend them. The service is brilliant and received the harness within a few days, just in time for his puppy classes. The harness is very well made and has the feature of detachable parts, which can be replaced, as puppy grows, bonus! 5 stars around, thank you again!”

“I've had two PerfectFit harnesses over the past 10 years and have just received my third. They are very strong, long lasting and wash well. They fit my boy comfortably. He is an odd shape and so being able to buy the pieces separately is ideal.”
