“Lovely harnesses, wash well. We've had one for some time, and I had to order a larger girth strap. Then decided I'd like a complete spare harness as my dog likes to roll in smelly stuff. Couldn't work out exactly what I needed but with a couple of minutes of online chat, Perfect fit were able to let me know exactly what I've had before.”

“Replacement section as after years of use the girth strap has worn where the D ring is fitted. New section is a bit wider than the old but great to be able to order a spare part.”

“Fantastic harnesses, that both my dogs instantly love. Exemplary customer service when I needed to change the harness for one of my dogs, as it was a bit too heavy for the old one. They didn't wait for the return of that harness, but trusted that I would sent it back. A lighted weight replacement arrived the next day. I just wish I'd followed up on the recommendation from a dog behaviourist to get these harnesses years ago.”

“Lovely company - very helpful in getting the right fit on my very strang shaped but beautiful Romanian Rescue, great advice and knowledge on how to get the harness to fit and they send out the extras free of charge so you can mix and match to get it right.”

“Good product and delivery. Customer service good too. My dog is s crossbreed and so I messaged the company as instructed. I sent 2 lots of photos and was contacted and told they will send out the new parts for is to try. I did a video and email it to them wearing a new combo and they suggested how to make it a better fit. I tried it and think it fits OK, but am still waiting for a response from my second video - it was only sent 2 days ago though. I don't really like having to pay the cost of postage to return the spare parts to them, especially when I did give measurements initially, as requested.”

“After trying countless harnesses for our miniature dachshund we finally bit the bullet and followed advice on trying a PerfectFit harness. This is now our second harness. Nothing wrong with the first one, just fancied a colour change and a spare. I would not have anything else now for our dog!”

“Very happy with my puppy's Perfect Fit harness. Originally purchased at 12 weeks after discussion with Jake who recommended the original fit which was fine. Then spoke to him again at 5 months after puppy had grown and he sent on 3 new sized parts which I was able to try on, send photos of puppy wearing it back to him to check the sizing and return the one unused part that was not needed. Very helpful, quick and friendly service. Thank you.”
