“Purchased this harness for my 13 week old irish setter puppy after a quick call to perfect fit . Customer service is excellent so friendly and helpful. Harness arrived quickly and am very pleased with the quality. Roscoe took to it very quickly and is very easy to put on .Although it was made very clear that these harnesses are not crash tested I feel much happier him being clipped to this than his collar in the car .”

“Happy to recommend PerfectFit. Great customer service when I had to replace a T piece (and had ordered the wrong size) The issue was resolved immediately, and had the correct part within 24 hours. Even got some money back and paid into my account very quickly. Brilliant company.”

“Great, friendly, customer service helped me to find the perfect combination of sizes for the three individual components in this harness. After four failed attempts in less than two years I now have a harness which fits my dog, doesnt rub her, and appears more comfortable with its fleecy layer where needed - and with a choice of top colours is stylish as well. Thank you so much.”

“Literally the perfect fit for our Labrador ! So comfortable for her and also really easy to clip on as she doesn’t like things over her head. Very easy to wash - I already washed it on low temp cycle at 30 and it came out perfect.”

“Fantastic service, my dog is only 6 months so we emailed measurements and images and they suggested a harness, it is a little loose and perfect fit offered various options, but as she is still growing we decided to keep the one sent, great staff all very personable.”

“Firstly the harness itself is amazing, my pug hates having harnesses put over her head, she used to run away or play bite me when i put her harness on. Now she sits and waits for me calmly, I have definitely noticed a difference in the wanting to put it on. Its also really lightweight but sturdy, perfect for the summer and for escape artist dogs.”

“We have several of these. The lady that advises on sizing couldn’t be more helpful, she’s an expert! The harnesses are excellent, easy to wash, quick to dry, wear really well and are comfortable for the dog to wear.”

“Harness is great (is a repeat purchase) however they did send the incorrect size first time and then requested I return the first set at my expense (when it was their error). Would just have let it pass but have been chased incessantly for a review!”

I can see that the postage from your original order was refunded to cover the cost of the return at the time that we resent the correct items. “We've had our original trusty PerfectFit harness for a good four or five years and it's still in perfect condition. However, recently we'd been thinking about a colour change to match our girl's Muzzle Movement muzzle, as we want her to look bright, noticeable, and non-threatening (even though we want people to give us space). I was able to buy a new top section for her existing harness, making it incredibly affordable. It took a matter of seconds to swap the colours over. I'm planning to buy a few different colours, so we can mix and match. This will be especially helpful over the winter when she insists on rolling in muddy puddles, as she can be wearing one colour while I wash another! Thanks for the great quality, ease of use, and speedy dispatch!”
