“The quick service was very good. I like the glasses, however, when they arrived they were slightly crooked, and do not sit perfectly on my face. Due to the fact my other pair broke, and it was now getting into the busy Christmas season for the post, I decided to keep them. I do have to adjust them occasionally on my face to line them up better.”

“ordered my glasses before i had my prescription all the staff i talked with were very polite and got back to me extremely fast excellent customer service about the glasses my prescription is perfect no issues with the quality of the lens frames what can i say perfect glasses is the correct name for the company as frames i had excellent quality extremely happy with my glasses and if need new in the future i will be purchasing from these guys again”

“Glasses were really good and securely packaged upon delivery. Delivery took almost two weeks though after web site suggested it would be a few days. I would buy from again but not if I was in a hurry for a replacement.”

“I have bought five or six pairs of spectacles from PerfectGlasses over the last two to three years. Everything has always been fine. The price has been attractive , the frames and lenses first class and quick delivery. The only suggestion I would offer is that the firm keep my prescriptions on file so that I don`t have to search around every time I want new glasses James Bettles”

“Waited five weeks for my spectacles, when they finally arrived they were the wrong prescription, I took them to a local opticians and the people there examined them and said the lenses were nothing but cheap reading spectacles, very low prescription and poor quality, my prescription is high, in the -6 range. The frame was also poor quality and I do not believe they would last any more than twelve months, if that, although I will never know because I cant use them. I have contacted perfect glasses and it appears they are happy to ignore me, I have instructed my credit card company to retrieve my money. If I could give minus stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs, I really should have gone to specsavers.”

“Having worn glasses since I was 9yrs old, never have I received such service and quality as I am now receiving at 71yrs old. It means that I can now change my prescription every two years as recommended, rather than when I can afford it. Thank you very much Perfect Glasses.”

“The glasses are very well priced, really comfortable and light to wear. My fiance says it takes ten years off me! At my age ten minutes would be nice! Really pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone”

“Good glasses at a great price. If I had to criticise them, it would be that I wanted 2 identical pairs of glasses, but there wasn't an option to do this. I had to go through the entire ordering process twice including entering my prescription etc, however it wasn't the end of the world based on the price I paid and I'm sure in the future there will be a quantity button. On the whole, highly recommend.”
