I was good with them a couple orders but then one came missing half the order and they will not acknowledge it in any way. It seems they could care less. Cant even take the time to send anymore than an automated response saying they got your inquiry. I have received a few defective items but with volume that should be expected in todays market. ( not that it is right but it is expected) but they are not the company that will make it right.

Ordered 3 packs of coils and received none of them. How do you miss a third of the order?

I ordered and paid extra and it was here in 1 week. Let me remind you guys that orders all over the world are way behind because of the Corona virus. I order from other shops on line and I'm still waiting on things. I know it's hard but just be patient.

I placed an order the beginning of May it's supposed to to three day shipping. I got them after 10 days and what's worse it was the wrong item not what I ordered. I replied to them several times finally got an email back asking me if I have a printer to print a return shipping label and that was a week ago. They don't answer their phone they don't answer their email, this is worst experience I've ever had buying on the internet bar none. I've about decided this is a lost cause and I suppose I'm going to have to contact the authorities. Since they ship them over state lines maybe this is a federal offense? I sure hope so, they give everybody else a bad name...

I’ve placed orders with them 3xs. I always get what I ordered but it takes them 3-9 days to even ship it!!! So don’t order from them if it’s something you need. Very frustrating!!!!!!!

Wow I ordered 5 items 3 were right didnt recieve 2 they replaced the 2 box mods with a cheap vape pen.sent several e mails no response. Called left many messages no reply.very poor customer service I wouldnt recommend them for anything.

I placed an order over a week and a half ago I've been trying to get in contact with them but no one responds. 3 emails and five phone calls later still nothing. I got charged for my order which was over $100. I've already heard from them six times and out of the six times is screwed up five ..garbage company

My order has been pending for 2 weeks now. Tried emailing them twice and still nothing. I'll probably initiate charback with my credit card. Scam!

Placed an order for coils on 4/11/2020. I emailed them on 4/16 after no progress and they they take 1-5 business days to complete order fulfillment. So on Friday 4/17 I emailed again and was told I can expect to see an update by the day end. However nothing happened again. So I called in and someone told me that they are "going to work on Sunday and ship my order on Sunday". As expected nothing happened, I emailed and called them on Monday 4/20 after I see my order status change to "pending" and the lady now said my item is now OUT OF STOCK and without apologizing offered store credit or a full refund to my card. I wish I had come here before even giving them a cent and seen all the horrible reviews they have. If anyone is here before they buy, please, unless you want to waste time/money, do not bother with this company. Take your business somwehere else. Perfect Vape more like Perfect Scam

I placed an order for zeus coils. They took my credit card info and then notified me they are out of stock. Why couldn't they have told me that before taking my card info? If this is a scam now they have my visa numbers! Do not go near these guys!

Charged my card for 2 items. Only sent one. Gave me a store credit instead of asking if I wanted a different color. So i had to reorder and paid for three day delivery. To find out they didnt even fill the order for for days. I called and was very polite and asked if they could help me with the second shipping cost. The were quick to say no. Customer service was very rude. Buyers beware. Shop here as a last resort.

Just like all the other reviews on here, i ordered 4 items at 58 and some change, i recieved 2 of 4 items and have tried contacting many times. No response or the rest of my order. This "vape shop" is a gimick. Paid 60$ for 20$ worth of juice. Don't use this terrible service.

I love perfect vape. Their customer service was outstanding, their response time was the fastest I've ever experienced, and they were able to resolve my issue in a understanding and professional manner. Simply amaze balls. I will be a return customer.

NEVER ORDER FROM PERFECT VAPE! They cancel items without telling you, saying they are out of stock but when you check they are still available! Then they give you a store credit instead of refunding your card! To make matters worse, they don't even prorate your shipping or give you free shipping for your trouble, I only ordered from them for the coils and added a T3S tank, they canceled all the coil packs I ordered and sent the tiny tank that was $3 and still charged me $4 to ship it! They didn't even give me a chance to cancel it when they canceled all the other items I purchased! Terrible customer service!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience EVER! They took well past what the "FAQ" section said to fulfill my order (3+ weeks), sent 1/3 of my order and stole the rest of my money with no explanation to "store credit". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

See the other reviews Perfect Vape is a JOKE and do not waste your time with unfulfilled orders and then they take your money for "store credit". Bait and switch if I have ever seen it, and also customer service gives you the run around and do not believe what they tell you on the phone, they lie and refer to a bogus FAQ that does not hold true either. Fine print says 10 days for order fulfillment, mine went 14 and then a week to ship all to get less than a 1/3 of what I ordered and a pain in the neck to get my money back from their "credit"

Ordered 5 disposable vapes since they are perfect for where I work. Shipping took forever as always, a little over a week. The worst part is, I only got 2 out of the 5 products I ordered! Tried emailing them several times to no reply. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this site.

Ordered with expensive 3 day shipping. Total time to delivery was 18 days. Called customer service and they said, "Sir, in the fine print you will see that it's 10 business days before we ship....." Blah blah. I'll be ordering from somebody else next time.

perfectvape.com - 7-10 business day processing prior to shipment for items supposedly in stock is a joke. With two day and even overnight shipping more and more common, to wait two weeks to even process an order is beyond absurd. And when emailing inquiring as to when it may ship, they direct me to their policy on the website of 7-10 business day processing. If you’re not in a hurry and don’t mind waiting weeks for a simple order to ship and don't mind being talked to like you're an idiot for questioning why it takes them so long to ship an item, go for it. As for me, it’s one and DONE. Thanks.

First time customer. Placed an order on 2/27 and it is still in fulfillment as of 3/10. Upon attempts to contact their customer support, I was eventually told that orders take 3-10 business days to be processed and that they are closed on the weekends. When I asked if their was an issue with the order I was told "orders take 3-10 business days, is there anything else I can help you with?". I responded by asking to cancel my order and the companies rep simply repeated themselves, again saying "orders take 3-10 business days, is there anything else I can help you with?". Wishing I hadn't tried to save a few dollars by ordering with them.
