Completely wrong order shipped. Ordered bulk e juice and coils. Received 11 rechargeable disposable pods. Contacted customer service and jumped through their hoops to prove incorrect items sent. Was informed that my original order won't be processed until I ship these items back. Emailed me return label, I informed them I don't have a printer. Should not have to pay to print it elsewhere. Another customer obviously was not sent their correct order as well. A shame as my order was 70$ and items I received total about 150$. Time to sell pods and buy elsewhere.

I ordered from them over two weeks ago and was provided a tracking number and for 10 days now the tracking number as said it's still not at a USPS location and I email them to find out where my order is and I get automated responses instead of an actual representative letting me know why it's taking so long to arrive

I’ll leave a 3 star for now, shipping label created on Monday oct 30, order was marked shipped on Oct 30 through the site, my package was not received by the post office until November 2nd. Which I wouldn’t mind, except there is no where in the FAQs that say “we only ship on x-day”. I understand smaller businesses make specific drop days for the post office, instead of doing trips every day, which is okay. But there’s no customer service chat or number to confirm this, there’s no faq’s regarding this. You’re just waiting in limbo. Hopefully my entire order arrives without missing or wrong products.

My vape has never worked & this seller wouldn’t give me a refund. I requested within the ten days the site shows for a refund. My vape now says check atomizer no matter if I change the coil & clean the contact points. Worst vape shop ever

Stay as far away from this company as possible. Horrible customer service. Very lengthy delivery times. Do not stand behind their product. I am being forced to sue them to get a refund.

My first order with this company took almost a month to fulfil. It was marked shipped when in fact, it was not. Upon contacting customer service to inquire why my shipped product (without tracking number) never arrived they said they wanted a copy of my ID. They did not request it until I asked about it and after they marked my product shipped. I did eventually get that product. I made another order that as of this writing (and pushing a month again) has not arrived. I did however receive the wrong order. The company insists that I ship them back the incorrect product BEFORE they send the correct product. Given that this company has not been even close to reliable at any point I refused stating I would ship the product back AFTER they fulfilled my original order. They refused and have since become silent.

I ordered 5 vapes from perfect vapes, I got all 5 never opened & all work great. Shipping didn't take long either ;)

My shipping label was created 3 business day's ago and still sitting on my package. Cheaper prices for the lack of customer service and slow shipping. Will not be recommending PerfectVape or buying from here ever again!!! First time buyers experience sux. Please trust the bad reviews.

Perfect vape sells to minors and won't make it right with parent whose credit card was used. Child ordered under her name, which does not match credit card. Perfect vape quit responding to emails once I proved I was an adult.

At first orders were doing OK. Took longer than expected. I received a bad vape and let it go. I order 4 -6 at a time due to $10 shipping fee. Another time, the disposable started smoking. The last 2 times I ordered I bought a total of 7 and 3 were leaking and another one stays running and hets hot. They told me I only had 48 hours to contact them. They won't even exchange. By the way, I received my order less than 48 hours and they still will not refund or exchange!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!

I was sent totally wrong product. Not my fault. I sent them pictures of what they sent me. I jumped through their hoops. Sent them the tracking number and picture of package at post office after post office put shipping label on it. Proof it was on its way. I was told if I sent this info they would ship the correct product to me. Well it is 5 days later and still they haven't sent me a tracking number. I order every other month from this so repeat customers mean nothing. I can't get what I use around me or I wouldn't even jumped through their hoops. They make mistake and I paid the price. I would have offered to priority mail or over night it if it was my company and I was given nothing but grief. I use smok novo not nord.This started last Friday and now it is Wednesday night and still nothing. I hope the owner hears about this.

It had taken over two weeks or 10 business days as they state it can take before I was able to make a claim that my items never showed. A customer support person named Vince emailed me stating that it was usps fault and they can only either reship my order or refund. I stated twice I would like them reshipped and asked if I could get them quicker due to the inconvenience.

Wow after seeing these reviews I'm so disappointed I was honestly going too make another order but after not receiving my 4 dollars and change back from a defective item its the principal why not refund people I emailed them again we will see if they do ill remove this but as of now not a good look

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They suspended my account after I complained to BBB about receiving faulty products (over half were DOA). I understand the return policy but Jezuz, give an old woman the $9 credit in her account!! No response from customer service. STAY AWAY!! They’re cheap for a reason!!

Absolute Trash! Do yourself a favor and find another Vape shop. Youll be sorry if you don't because you'll end up with Broken vapes and ZERO customer service. Good luck!
