I have been in contact with Monica on 11th Dec'r 17 @ 16.30hrs ref an order bought & paid for but not received, Monica sent me an email same day @ 16.59hrs saying she was awaiting a response from Royal Mail as to why my tracked delivery had not arrived @ my local Royal Mail depot & she said, "I will phone you immediately I have an answer", but it would be within 48hrs! There is less than an hour to go before the 48hrs has elapsed. I have phoned you again @ 15.38hrs today & spoke to Sabrina. Sabrina has told me that Monica was on the phone but taking my mobile number, she said, "Monica will phone you as soon as she finishes her current call"!
Whilst I am waiting (over 30 minutes so far) I have been reading Perfume-Click reviews on Reviews.co.uk & I am now very concerned about your company. I hope this is unfounded? I have used Perfume Click numerous times in the past & been very satisfied with the product & service. My products were not fake or stale & arrived on time. I hope this is a delivery problem with Royal Mail? They state that my tracking number has been used on multiple accasions. They also say, "this could be a clerical error/human error or it could be an attempt to Defraud the Royal Mail? All I want at this time is my PAID FOR order as it is an Xmas present for my wife. my order number is 2298457 & the tracking number is MQ128758561GB.

i want to order some guinot face cream from your website but when checikng your reviews from trustpilot I get a bit confused. There are some very bad reviews about your products being fake and there is another trustpilot reviews which are all very good. How do I know which ones are genuine. Do you sell original products?how can you sell them much cheaper than other retailers? thanks
