“At 54 years old, some on line classes are a challenge to navigate through the process. I give a five star to Perry Real Estate, and their instructors. I completed the course and tested out with a 93. Thanks to Mr. Gray and Ms. Bonnie Lewis for their patience and professionalism. I highly recommend this course to anyone going for real estate license. T. Hamby.”

“I have nothing short of great things to say about Perry Real Estate College, their courses and especially Kent Gray. It was challenging to meet the demands of this course while be a full-time REALTOR & Co-Owner/Operator of an extremely busy firm. He was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process, as was all of the staff.
