I became so frustrated in the first week because your interactive questions mark correct answers as wrong. Here is an example. All happens with all the commission questions. After taking a break I decided I would open it again and the same thing is happening. These problems are preventing me from going forward to complete the course. Please fix it or give me my money back.

Hi Debra, I'm sorry you were having trouble with the commission input questions. If you take a look at the bottom of your screenshot, there are instructions on how to input that answer. You will need to use commas but no decimal points or dollar signs. Please feel free to reach out to us if you need assistance throughout the course! Thanks, Perry Real Estate College Team

Perry Real Estate College is the best for your real estate education. They go above and beyond expectation to help their students be successful. The material is challenging and informative yet very user friendly. I have always had great learning experiences with them, and I will never choose another educational provider.

I had a great experience at Perry Real Estate College. I was able to work at my own pace from home and the material was clearly laid out in sections.

I'm having a horrible time trying to make it through this course. Many of the unit exam questions are not covered in the curriculum. And the author is way too impressed with his business degree (III-A) and lawyer-y language (III-B)! Lots of unnecessary information, not focused on South Carolina at all, Absolutely maddening.

The course was awesome to do. The information was very up to date, had different ways of explaining it. Kent was very helpful every time I emailed him. Bonnie was extremely nice and helpful during the testing process. Highly recommend!

Two of the 13 classes were good - at least okay (the Contracts and License Law ones). The remainder were among the worst quality classes I have ever taken in 22 years as a licensed real estate agent. They were a power point set of slides read by a computer voice that seemed to have been assembled by a VA or someone who had never actually been involved in the business but was just assembling data from Google. The power points generally may have been okay if presented by a knowledgeable lecturer with commentary. There were endless typos that would have been caught if anyone had ever proofread the work. The presentation and the tests seemed largely disconnected with many questions that weren't even presented and would be unknown to a student other than previous knowledge or consulting Google. On many occasions, I answered a question and it said it was wrong but said the answer was exactly what I selected. On one occasion all of the answers were blank with just a bunch of radio buttons. Some of the information was so outdated that it was laughable. The email linking to the phone app doesn't include the required info to access the app - I had to dig on my own and find it. I just got my license in TN and expected to have some actual knowledge conveyed in the volume of classes I took for the post-licensing (120 hours). The only class that provided anything other than that which would be news to a brand new agent was the TN License Law class - now I have an abundance of knowledge of the amount of the renewal fees. On the upside, I got a completion cert and CE credit upon completion.

Thank you for the feedback, Russ. You did a great job getting through the course so quickly! We strive to constantly update our courses. Additionally, as our website states, all our courses are online and self-paced. They aren't recorded lectures. But we will explore offering additional learning styles such as video lectures. In order to fully understand the material, students need to review both the modules and the reading, which is referenced in the course syllabus. That may be the reason for the perceived information gap between the module and the module tests. We will make sure to take your feedback to our educational content department for review and consideration.
