“I contacted Gary Matthews after accident and was apprehensive about going to solicitors. They couldn't have been more approachable or helpful to deal with. They took the stress out of the ordeal by taking over communicating with the other party. Any queries were answered asap by email or phone so I always was aware of the next step and what was happening with the case. If you are looking for a professional and swift service, this is it! “Overall I was satisfied with the service although I found whenever I called the solicitor I had been dealing with was not available on every occasion. The call was returned but not always the same day. I also sent original documents which apparently the company didn’t receive and then when I sent them again a second time the solicitor called saying she had received them again. I had to later email to confirm they had the documents.”
