“Wowed by the service! My boyfriend absolutely loved his personalised whiskey decanter. The team communicated with me so well and I was super impressed and felt the entire customer service experience that I received was above and beyond. The artwork hero who created my product executed the job beautifully and followed my requests to a tee. I requested the name be in a different language and it was done perfectly. The decanter itself seems of a high quality and a really nice piece. When I received my product initially it was actually smashed to pieces, which of course wasn’t the companies fault however the way they handled the issue was just amazing! They were so quick to remake it and have the product to me all in one day. All the team members I dealt with over the phone were so lovely and super helpful. Would definitely recommend personalised favours they’re absolutely awesome!!!”
