“The item was exactly as pictured. I had no extra printing but they still sent it for approval. I enquired about dispatch once and they responded quickly and courteously. It wasn't slow I was just impatient!”

“It still hasn't arrived. There is a delay at Welshpool WA sorting facility. This is not great from Australia Post. My son's 30th was on the 14th, so well past the date now.”

“The holder for the tongs wasn't connected to anything in the box. It fell out of the box as I opened it, and there is a huge dint in the material on the interior of the box from it not fitting in there properly when they packed it. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my partner, and I now have to apologise to him when I give it to him. Very disappointed. Not the quality, or effort on presentation I was hoping for to be honest”
