“Total lack of customer service understatement. Paying extra fees cancel order is prioritised then having to follow up with Seb order a week after order was placed not priority nor within the timeframe stated on the website. No compensation given other than 10% off my next order assuming that I will order again from you guys. Not good enough”

Your order was placed as standard priority with Express shipping however, We are sorry you were let down on this occasion with the delay in processing your order. We have tried to phone you and reached out via email and unfortunately have yet to receive a response. We have processed a refund for your shipping cost and offered you an in store credit to be used on your next order.
