Hi Hazel Your order was shipped to you on the 7th December by Royal Mail 2nd class post which takes between 3 and 7 working days to deliver. If it hasn't arrived within this timescale please get in touch.

“Would not use again. Ordered online and realised i had made a mistake. Could not change the order as had been created. Over a week later i am still to recieve the goods. Repurchased the item but discount only valid on a separate site from where i originally purchased it from. Really poor experience!”

“Bought as a gift for a diehard Cardiff City fan. Good quality picture though bit disappointed that there was perspex not glass in the frame, hence only 4 stars. Am certain the recipient will be over the moon with it. Arrived promptly and well packaged.”

“Very good product, heavier than expected but nice engraving and live that I could add their name. Only downside is the box it arrived in. I was expecting the tankard box to be at least branded with BCFC and not just a navy blue box as it was a gift, but overall very happy.”
