“Product itself looks good quality and I think recipient will like it, it’s just a shame it took 8 days to arrive when I paid for express delivery and didn't arrive on time to give as Xmas gift to family member visiting weekend before Xmas. I will now have to pay more money to send it to them, which is the only reason only rated 3 stars.”

“I haven't received my purchase I paid for tracking I was tracking it on the 19th and because the courier couldn't find my address I never got it he didn't once try and deliver it I have contacted them 7 times they can't find my parcel I want my money back”

“They've sent me a form to review the item I ordered as a Xmas present - well they did ask... Firstly they should have ensured that I ACTUALLY received it before Xmas. How embarrassing do you think it is when somebody gives YOU a present and you have to tell them "well yours didn't arrive..it's still in the post" even though I ordered it 10 days before Xmas, asked for reassurance that it would arrive in time and was sent 3, yes 3, emails telling me not to worry it'll definitely be with me for Xmas. Poor service and lies...what less can you ask for?? I won't be giving them my money next year.”
