“I ordered this card 1st class which cost me double the amount of the card for it to arrive 1 week later, which is not 1st class service. Aside from that quality of he card was good.”

Hi Samuel, I am sorry you were unhappy with the delivery timescale of your order. I can see the card, which we ask you to allow 3 working days to produce, was despatched to you within 24 hrs of our receiving your order. It was sent via Royal Mail 1st class postage which usually takes up to 3 working days to arrive but is not a guaranteed service.
