“Loved the mug! However, I paid extra for a delivery within 3 working days and the parcel arrived a day late. This meant I could not give the gift personally and will have to post it - to New Zealand! Postage cost more than the mug! Not pleased”

“Lovely high quality glass- perfect gift for my dad! Only thing I'd suggest is updating the tracking page- mine still said processing on the day that it arrived but luckily I was in the house at the time. Yet saying that, it arrived very quickly and was packaged well so there was no chance of it breaking. Would definitely recommend!”

“I contacted PFG via their ' contact us' tab, the day after I placed an order for 2 sherpa personalised sherpa blankets, to cancel the order as my wife had previously ordered these items but she had no correspondence to confirm the order or delivery, The items she ordered arrived the day after my order was made for the same items. I had no reply until after the items were delivered so I have to pay twice.”

“I have order jumper on the 19th of November and it's the 1st of December today and the item still hasn't arrived yet. On 22nd of November I received the email from your customer service asking me what size I have ordered...how that's possible you don't know the size? The system wouldn't let me to finish order if I wouldn't recorded/marked the size. I am not happy at all! Julia Leather”

“Mug arrived damaged. It was in a box with no protective wrapping, so unsurprising it was broken. Second mug send as a replacement - same lack of packaging so again chipped and broken. Refund requested.”
