“For a delivered price of £25, I ended up with a small jigsaw which was intended as a present but I cannot give it now as it looks, not a lot. In all fairness I may not have paid attention to the advert which may well have given the size number of pieces so partially my fault for not taking notice before buying. Bottom line, very poor value for the money, even for a club fan.”

“Got a personalised drinks bottle which arrived promptly and looked good. Ordered a personalised card from 11 children. The card sent had 3 and a half names on it. When I complained instead of issuing a refund they said try putting the names on different lines if you've got so many. And that I should have checked the proof on screen before ordering. While that may be true, I checked the names in the box I wrote them in rather than the proof. They offered me about £1 off a new order but just said it was a fully automated service. Shame they don't do a quality check before sending things out. I did not feel it was good customer service and the tone is the email was very shortly.”

“No faults with the actual birthday card I ordered however really disappointed you didn’t supply a birthday card envelope & instead just gave me a bog standard mailing envelope which is way too big for the card itself. Probably won’t order from you again for this reason. If you can’t provide the correct envelope type for a large card then you shouldn’t have an option to order a card in A4 size.”

“I am happy with the gifts i brought the only thing i wasnt happy about is that i paid first class and received the coasters 3 days later but didnt receive the glass until a week after ordering, i was told the glass takes longer to make and be dispatched which i fully understand but why still charge first class price if it was going to take 7 days to receive anyway.”

“The actual print was very nice, but the personalization is almost the same color as the stripes it covers so you cannot read the name at all. A huge disappointment. Would not recommended ordering from this company.”

“Its only one because we did a mug. The mug had no mention of who it was from it could have come from anyone so I could have got one half the cost I am really disappointed. I.dont think I would be recommending you to anyone just the opposite. Sue Wilson”
