The outer packaging was a little bit beat up, but the mug was well wrapped and suffered no damage. Quick, easy process from end to end.”

“After a week of placing the order and paying for 1st class delivery we are still waiting for our frame and when emailed the company don't sound bothered at all won't be using again and shall be getting to the bottom of where the frame is at”
