“The mug has arrived totally smashed - I cannot call you as there is no phone no. and although I emailed immediately on Thursday I have received no response. I am very disappointed as this was supposed to be part of my grandson's Christmas present. I emailed you two telephone numbers to try to call me - nothing”

“Bought a QPR mousemat and a notebook. The mousemat was good quality but the notebook was very thin and cheap and I think it was expensive for what I received. The quality was that of a notebook costing less than a £1.00. Would not recommend the notebook but the mousemat was good quality. Would recommend the company but select wisely on products.”

“I can’t review this item as I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I ordered on the 11th December and still haven’t received the parcel. It was also being delivered to my work address which is now closed for Xmas so doesn’t look like I’ll get this order before Xmas and it was a gift for my dad who is an avid fan. I emailed the sales team on Thursday 19th at 9.30am and have not yet had a response so I give zero stars for customer service. Very disappointed”

“I ordered a wine glass with the Southampton badge engraved on it. It arrived promptly and I'm pleased with it. I actually didn't want to add a name as I was considering buying more than one glass but there wasn't an option to opt out of the personalisation and so I shall not be purchasing more to make a set.”

“The water bottle arrived within specified time. The reusable coffee cup did not. It is languishing in a ‘safe place’ NOT nominated by myself and I will not be at that address until 28/12 I received no confirmation of purchases by e mail so had no tracking number to divert the package. It was more than a week late in delivery - had I known this I would not have purchased nor would I have paid extra for courier delivery.”

“Goods ordered 10 days ago after paying extra for expedited delivery. Still no goods and wanted to deliver this Christmas gift today. Company clearly can’t cope with orders. If they’d been honest and told me there was a delay I’d have been more forgiving but to get greedy, accept orders they can’t cope with and ignore emails is simply unacceptable in the modern marketplace.”

“The printing isn’t straight on the mug as it wraps around, and is also slightly scratched just where it has the personalised name. It’s ok, not great, don’t think I’ll be buying again.”

“The Cardiff City personalised mug has arrived but there was no name on it just the logo 'surname'. I requested FLYNN to be put on the mug. I would appreciate a response. Thank you. Colin Lucas. P.S. This was to be a retirement gift today for a colleague .”

“Promised “2 working day” dispatch date was a work of fiction and then when I emailed for information after 4 days, Customer Services told me it had been dispatched when in fact it was another 4 days further before Tracking showed Hermes Couriers had picked it up. I realise Christmas delays things sometimes but to be strung along with untruths is unacceptable. I did email the company to ask for an explanation but my correspondence so far has been ignored. Shame that it was necessary to lie to me really when the actual mug I sent for was very good when it actually arrived.”

“Althought the gift is lovely i was disapointed it came in a plain box having paid top price for a club personalised glass i could have purchased this anywere and for a lot less as it has nothing to show that it was an offical club shop item.”
