“I am always impressed by the swift mailing of my purchases. Last year I ordered many gifts and was very pleased with everything. “I haven’t received them yet! After phoning this was resolved quickly, I had omitted the number of our house so the parcel was unable to be delivered, after our conversation the goods we sent out and received the next day. Thank you.”

“I am happy with the quality of the products and the quick turnaround time - so thank you. However the website is very poor and very frustrating. It took me over one hour to order the products I wanted due to the product information rising up the screen and blocking access to the product I had chosen. Eventually I was able to purchase my order only to find out the next day that my order had gone through twice. I had only input my card details once but my order had gone through on two separate order numbers. I was called by the company to check if this was right, which I appreciated as I had not, and still have not, received an email confirmation of my order. I was told that one of the products on the duplicate order was able to be cancelled but they were unable to cancel the second item. I have therefore been charged an additional £26 and although I have received the item I didn’t require or want two of the same T-shirt. I did explain that the website was not working properly which had lead to the duplicate order but, although the lady was very polite, there was no suggestion of me not being charged. I was very disappointed. I am not sure I would use them again unfortunately due to this experience.”
