“I ordered a personalised mug from you last week. It came within a few days but the handle was broken off in 4 places. I e-mailed you and complained and you said you would send out another which arrived today in one piece. So I am very pleased with the outcome now. So I would give you a “very good”.”

“Product was as described so no problem there. Delivery took 10days with little or no communication. Hermes was the delivery company. Response from Customer Service was too slow, so all in all quite frustrating.”

“I've no idea what the shirt is like but SWFC customer servicing is appalling and I'm telling my family NEVER to ask for anything from them again. If I'm spending over £100 I'd expect free P&P but not only do I have to pay for it, I have to use two trolleys and pay P&P twice. No reply to my email from SWFC.”
