“My order number was 117520, I’m totally 100% happy with my order just not happy with how it was delivered it was bent and forced though my letter box when it clearly stated on the the envelope do not bend in red letters”

“Ordered a card and gifts in plenty of time for my friends special birthday. The gifts have arrived and are great but the birthday card has still not arrived. I have emailed to chase where it is but have had no response as yet. There are no telephone numbers to ring on the website either.”

“I ordered the card for my daughter who lives in Canada. She had tried to order one to give to a friend over there. Unfortunately you don’t do overseas orders. She asked me to get one delivered to me which I then posted to her. It looked great when it arrived and I know she will be thrilled with it.”

“I ordered a card for a 25th wedding anniversary 2 weeks ago before the event. The anniversary has been and gone and still not received the card. I had 1 email 2 days after ordering saying there was a problem their end but it would be resolved and I would receive well before the event, I have since sent 4 emails asking where it is but I have NOT had a reply, I think this is absolutely disgusting you have taken the money out my account now that is fraud.”

“The gifts were as described, however, there was no response from customer service when i made numerous email inquiries on the missing item. Personal football gifts should improve on customer support and provide a helpline to call instead of just email.”
