“Gift was fine once eventually received, and had been sent out promptly. However, the courier failed to deliver. Personalised Football Gifts then failed to respond to email requests to help get it resolved, and days of frustration trying to deal with Hermes ensued.”

“The picture would of looked amazing and make a super gift for my boyfriend’s mother, as their dad died and that was his favourite football team. Now I have to find something else as the picture was bent and stuffed through the letter box, and was signed for. Disappointed.”

“The product itself is good. Photo quality and presentation all good. Unfortunately I paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived over a week later. Very disappointed as this was not in time for my sons birthday.”

“I had a very good experience shopping for a gift from personalised football gifts. Delivery time was excellent and the product arrived in a very satisfactory condition. My only comment is with the ordering form which didn’t appear to to calculate and display my selected options although when the gift arrived all my selected options had been included. Beautiful gift and well presented.”
