“We ordered a personalised mug which came broken. They was quick to replace it and apologised but have sent the wrong mug, now are not responding to our emails with 9 days to go until Christmas. We are very disappointed as the site looks great for future purchases but this has now put us off..”

“Very Disappointed, I ordered a Birmingham City Mug with ‘Best Dad Ever’ on it for Christmas. When it arrived, I pulled out of the package and surprisingly it was a Southampton mug saying ‘Best Husband Ever’. I’m still trying to work out how they got this order wrong”
