“The coffee cup is a good quality but we have paid for the express delivery and it still took 9 days from the order date. It should be more transparent how ling it takes for the normal post and express.”

“Overall I am very satisfied with the personalised birthday card that I received. However, I was hugely disappointed that it cost as much to post it as it did to purchase, £3.99, for what effectively was just a letter to post & not a parcel so should not have cost more than a 1st class stamp.”
