“Delivery charges are separate from main Saints shop purchases so I would have had to pay twice had I not called Saints FC and explain. They kindly waved thei delivery charges for the top I purchased. It is confusing for the consumer but otherwise the products are good and promptly delivered”

“Products are apparently good quality and a goodly selection. Unfortunately had problems using the codes to order the products after purchasing Groupon voucher. Your online chat service was not the most efficient I have come across and if you look back at the exchanges you will see That I was given completely incorrect information at one point. The matter was eventually resolved to my satisfaction with the assistance of the Groupon customer serviced team.”

“Finally found the personalised bookmark I was looking for. However delivery was poor as my hermes sent the parcel back to sender at one point. Got my parcel eventually but good job I ordered about 2 weeks in advance. Pleased with the bookmark.”
