“The mug I ordered came with the wrong number to the player. On enquiry I was told that I had made the mistake! When I originally placed the order both myself and my husband double checked that we were correct as it was for our son's 40th birthday and the whole family are Man Utd supporters! Any and every excuse was given that I had made the mistake - will not be using this firm again!”

“I am very disappointed that there is nothing to indicate that the cuff links were bought from Tottenham Hotspur. I thought the club logo would be engraved on the cuff links as well as the initials.”

“Order process was fast and simple, as was the delivery and quality of goods is great. Had a little heart attack as personalised name was misspelled on the outer box BUT WAS CORRECT ON THE PRODUCT. Will use again without question.”

“Very quick delivery. Nice quality printing but colour was slightly disappointing; white looked a little yellowish. I felt it was a bit pricey for what it was (postage cost bumped it up a lot). However, recipient was delighted with it as a gift, so all good there!”
