“Some very good gift ideas. I used tesco vouchers which was a bonus. You have to contact customer services if you have more than one voucher so they can combine them. Once this was done, it was quick and easy. Gifts arrived very promptly and I was very happy with them.”

“I ordered a gift for my mother from your site then realized within a minute of purchase that my computer had auto filled the delivery address incorrectly. I immediately emailed to correct the error and assumed everything would be ok. However I then received an email from you a couple of days later saying it had shipped to the wrong address.”

Hi Jason Unfortunately we did not receive your email advising us of a problem with the delivery address until after your order had been produced and despatched. If you had called immediately we would have certainly changed this for you from the billing address. Can you confirm this has now arrived at the address you supplied to us?

Hi Silvia I understand you have been in touch with our Customer Service Team. I am sorry that there was a mistake and you were sent the wrong frame which was damaged in transit. I believe we offered to send the correct frame on a Next Day service to you but you preferred not to do this. A refund has been agreed but it does take time to process this.
