“Very glitchy site. It decided to send the cup to my billing address which is not my delivery address. OK, but I paid extra for priority delivery so I could still get it in time for 'secret santa' at the christmas party! Wrong again, it was eventually delivered, five days after it should have been, to the wrong address. I've given up on it and don't like to think how much it has cost me including travel, delivery and the waste of time.”

“Arrived shattered and broken in a box with a small amount of bubble wrap and no FRAGILE sign on the box, awaiting the replacement after sending it back yesterday and it costing me for postage, poor”

“My partner is a Saints fan and really wanted a new coffee cup. There was a big range of cups to choose from but I wish they had stainless steel, better quality ones to choose from also. However, the cup arrived quickly and does look good. Postage and packaging fees are quite high compared to other retailers however.”
