“Very very happy that I have very promptly received a replacement personalised water bottle for a previous one which was slightly damaged. Excellent service, particularly as following my complaint, I received a phone call informing me that a replacement was already in transit even though I had no intention of returning the original. The three personalised mugs I received earlier are very good value for money. Thank you, I can certainly recommend this company.”

“I was very disappointed with the gift. I thought it was a proper jigsaw puzzle which it was not. Furthermore I ordered it at 5.08pm on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery but it didn't arrive until Friday giving me no chance to buy my friend a different birthday present.”

Hi Brian I am sorry you are disappointed with the item and I have investigated this for you. We do say the size of this on the website (30 pieces (25cm x 17.4cm)). We also say "Order by 2pm and receive the following working day" so as you placed your order after this time it went into production the following day for delivery by 1pm on the Friday.
