“I ordered a necklace as a gift for my mother who sadly lost her partner last year, I have been advised that this was dispatched over a week ago but I still haven’t received and I needed it by today as it’s her birthday. I’m disappointed with this but I’m hoping the wait will be worth it when it finally arrives.”

“The item I purchased was pleasing.but when I tried to get in contact by phone as it did not arrive on said date I tried countless times over the following week to phone but to no avail so I can honestly say that I was upset.needs sorting out .”

“Item is perfect. Shame I paid for next day £6.99 delivery and for it to turn up a day late and no response to email sent asking what was happening with my item and what could be done to resolve the issue. Very disappointing as this was a gift for my daughter who had to suddenly have her dog put to sleep.”

“The speed of service was amazing and the engraving was perfect. Unfortunately the text was so minute that it was impossible to read. I appreciate that it is lot to fit onto an appropriate sized pendant but of not for the personalisation it would have been a little pointless.”
