Sorry firstly we did not deliver to the wrong address, we can only ship to the address you give us as it is all automated so the incorrect address was provided by yourself. Free standard delivery was selected by you which gives 'estimated' dates only which you would be aware of when you selected the postage option as it shows you an estimated date which was 22nd and you received 24th.

This is tarnish which does happen with 925 silver and unavoidable especially in this weather, anything from suncream, perfumes, medications can affect 925 silver. It is a thin layer of corrosion that forms on metals and appears as a dull grey or black coating. Surprisingly, tarnish actually protects the inner layers of the metal, only reacting with the outer layers as the silver reacts with sulphur compounds in the atmosphere.
