“I recently purchased a ashes pendant for a very dear friend who had just lost her international champion dog. I tried many times to contact you by phone and finally by twice by email neither of which were answered. I realise that you were busy because of Xmas but I am very upset with the kind of service offered to me at a really sad time. I don't think I would ever use you again nor would I feel confident in recommending you. Sorry but I hope you will address these matters.”

I am sorry but we have been closed since 20th December as the automated email would have advised you when you emailed us so we would not have been aware if you attempting to contact us. We return January 6th and will help you with your query then.
