“My item I received in the post very late after ordering the item was also very disappointing when it’s come all scratched all over and looks really rubbish the final finish to it is terrible the letter inside the envelope doesn’t even come out :( I’m so gutted I ordered this item for my other half and I’m embarrassed to give the gift to her, it looks like I have spent a few pound on her, I really am gutted considering most reviews for this site are very good so I have no idea what’s happened to me item, I want to send it back but have just found out you can’t return engraved items ? But what happens if you get a engraved one and the finish isn’t good or the item is faulty ? Please can this be sorted ASAP thanks”
