“Item is perfect. Shame I paid for next day £6.99 delivery and for it to turn up a day late and no response to email sent asking what was happening with my item and what could be done to resolve the issue. Very disappointing as this was a gift for my daughter who had to suddenly have her dog put to sleep.”

“The cuff links were exactly as described and are very unusual and good quality. The box is beautifully engraved, making a very special gift. They arrived promptly. I did have a problem paying on line, but contacted them by phone and they were extremely helpful. Highly recommended.”
