“I ordered this necklace for my daughters birthday on 31/10 but it has never arrived. I cannot even track the parcel as the Royal Mail tracking service just advises it will be updated when the parcel has been delivered!!?? So can you tell me where my parcel is?? I am very disappointed, especially since it was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter and her birthday has been and gone!! Please tell me where my parcel is ???”
